Cooking method

1. Since pork will be baked in the oven in the future, first of all we turn it on 180 degrees Celsius for preheating.

2. Meat, and in this case it is better to choose a piece without bones and excess fat, for example, pork tenderloin or neck, thoroughly washed under running water and wiped dry with paper towels.

3. In a separate container, mix paprika (for a spicy taste, you can take smoked paprika), salt, dry oregano and thyme, onion and garlic powders, freshly ground black pepper and a little cayenne. Next, add olive oil and beat the spices with oil well. The resulting marinade of spices is left for about 15-20 minutes, so that it thickens and becomes thicker.

4. The next step is to carefully rub the prepared piece of pork with a marinade of spices, turning it and evenly covering it with spices from all sides.

5. Put a long sheet of food foil on a baking sheet or in a baking dish and put a piece of pork tenderloin rubbed with spices on it. We will cover the meat with the remaining part of the foil and wrap it tightly - so it will not turn out to be excessively dry during the baking process and will be baked evenly over the entire area.

6. Put the pork pan in a preheated oven to bake for an hour or a little more - it depends on the thickness of the piece. You can check the readiness of pork using a cooking thermometer. If, when punctured in the thickest part of a piece of pork tenderloin, its internal temperature is 65 degrees Celsius, then the pork is ready - it can be taken out of the oven.

After pulling the baking sheet out of the oven, let the meat "rest" for 15-20 minutes. After that, we unwrap the pork, cut it into pieces and transfer it to a beautiful dish to serve on the table.

Bon appetit!
