Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make pork royally in the oven? It is most convenient to use pork carbonate. Before slicing, keep it in the freezer for a while so that it is easier to cut. Cut suitable pork meat into portions, approximately the same size, 1.5-2 centimeters thick.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Cover the pieces of meat with cling film and beat off a little with a kitchen hammer. A sheet of film will protect the kitchen from meat splashes, and the piece of meat itself will not tear when beating.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Cover the baking tray with foil or cooking paper. Put the beaten meat on a baking sheet. Peel the onion, wash and slice. Spread the chopped onion over the meat. Sprinkle the meat with a little salt and spices.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Then spread the mushrooms over the entire meat area. Mushrooms can be used any - champignons or forest. I use boiled and frozen. But before using them, they must be defrosted.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Brush the mushrooms with a small amount of mayonnaise and arrange the chopped tomatoes. Add a little salt and put it in the oven, preheated to 180C, for 30 minutes.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

During this time, prepare the cheese. Grate it on a coarse grater. Keep the cheese in the refrigerator until grated. In cold and hard form, it is easier to grate it.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Sprinkle the baked meat with grated cheese and put it in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. During this time, the cheese will melt and stretch appetitively when cut. Serve the meat royally hot, transferring it to plates. Enjoy your meal!

I like this dish because it takes a little time to prepare it. Short active preparations, and then the oven will do all the work.
If you don't like mushrooms, then you can exclude their composition. The taste, of course, will become less saturated, but it will also be very tasty!
Baked meat can be served as an independent dish. But, I recommend cooking in addition a salad of fresh vegetables.
Instead of mayonnaise, you can lubricate the layers with sour cream or adjika. And if time allows, then the meat can be pre-marinated.

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !

It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See the interesting ones here recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.

Any cheese is suitable for this dish — hard, semi-hard, soft, like mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, high-quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
