Delicious super healthy smoothie made from sprouted buckwheat! Great for breakfast! Such a cocktail is prepared very quickly and it can and should be drunk immediately. Suitable for both adults and kids. It is very useful and nutritious, because sprouted buckwheat contains a huge amount of vitamins and useful trace elements.

Cooking time: 10 min

1. Put the sprouted buckwheat in the blender bowl.
2. Add cherries to it - frozen or fresh.
3. Pour cocoa.
4. Fill everything with water - it may be slightly more than the specified amount or vice versa less. It all depends on your preferences. If you like thick smoothies, add less liquid.
5. Whisk everything well.
