Mushrooms for this dish can be used any, but with forest, in my opinion, the dish turns out to be more fragrant and delicious. I used ginger for cooking, they are basically equal to chicken in taste and composition. Mushrooms are washed, cleaned, if they are fresh.

    Boil the mushrooms in salted water for half an hour. You can also use frozen pre-boiled. If you use champignons, then, of course, the cooking time will be significantly reduced, they do not need to be boiled, you can fry immediately.

    Chicken fillet is thoroughly washed, dried with paper towels and cut into small cubes. Onions are cleaned from the husk and cut into cubes or halves of rings.

    Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up. Put the boiled mushrooms on the heated oil (if the mushrooms are small, they can be left whole, cut the large caps into cubes) and onions, fry them over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Then we send chicken fillet to them in the pan.

    Stir and continue to fry them together, stirring with a spatula, until the chicken meat turns white. It takes about 10 minutes to roast.

    Pour liquid cream into a separate bowl, add salt, ground black pepper to taste, mix well. If desired, you can add any more spices. Sour cream can be used instead of cream, but it needs to be diluted with clean cold water.

    Pour the cream sauce into the pan, stir, reduce the heat to minimum. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for about 15 minutes, the sauce should thicken a little. Turn off the fire. The dish is ready. If you want the dish to turn out more fragrant, thick and satisfying, at the end of cooking, you can put a handful of grated hard cheese in the pan, mix immediately, turn off the fire.
