Self-sufficient dish even for lunch! Our family liked the recipe and we offer to cook it for you. The ingredients are designed for a split form of 26 cm. Served as an independent dish!

    Finely chop the potatoes and boil in salted water until tender. Then drain the water, mash the potatoes. Add egg, butter. Add salt. Stir until smooth.

    Add flour and knead the dough. Put it in a detachable form, making the sides. Put it in the freezer while the filling is being prepared.

    Chop the onion, fry in a frying pan for a couple of minutes until golden brown. Cut the meat into small cubes, fry with onions, simmer under the lid for about 10 minutes, salt, pepper. Add finely chopped tomato and eggplant. Simmer for another 3-5 minutes.

    Proceed to the sauce. Mix cream, milk and tomato paste. Add the egg, beat lightly with a whisk. Salt, pepper.

    Spread the filling on the dough and pour the sauce.

    Bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200C. Sprinkle with grated cheese 10 minutes before it is ready. Enjoy your meal!
