Fish and chicken cutlets

For those who don't really like fish, but they need to eat it. Both fish and meat are present here in a one-to-one ratio. You can play with the ingredients. I wanted to cook light cutlets, and I got them. You can take more fatty fish or chicken leg meat instead of chicken fillet.
