Cooking method

1. My raw teeth, we clean them from forest debris, remove the dark film from the caps. We put the peeled mushrooms in a bowl, pour boiling water, wait until the water cools down, then wash again under running water, cut into pieces coarsely.

2. Peel the onion, cut into cubes. We put butter in a frying pan, also pour vegetable oil, heat it on fire, fry the onion until soft, then put the cheese in the pan, salt, fry for 10 minutes.

3. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into oblong cubes, spread them with mushrooms and onions, continue to fry under the lid for about 10 minutes, then remove the lid and fry for another 10 minutes.
