A very beautiful New Year's snack that I tried at a corporate party. She was swept away there in just a few minutes. Of course, because these are tartlets with caviar, and caviar is still quite an expensive delicacy. These tartlets with caviar are decorated in the form of cats, avocado was used for the antennae, muzzle. But you can also take a cucumber.
First you need to cut the salted fish. After that, set aside one protein, and cut the rest finely as well. Slice the avocado or cucumber as much as you need. Now combine all the chopped, mix well and put in tartlets. Put caviar on top of the salad.
How to make cats
Black cat: carrot – tongue, muzzle, ears, eyes – protein, pupils – cucumber or avocado; nose – red caviar.
Red cat: carrot, ears – tongue, eyes, muzzle – white, nose – black caviar, pupils – avocado or cucumber.
Lay out the antennae of both cats from thin slices of cucumber.
The culinary recipe for an avocado tartlet occupies an honorable first place in my notebook of festive snacks.
