Frozen honey mushrooms with potatoes

Excellent dinner! Delicious, satisfying, not expensive! My husband loves fried potatoes, and I'm on a diet, but sometimes I allow myself a small portion. Today I found honey mushrooms in the freezer and decided to cook fried potatoes with mushrooms. It turned out so delicious that I couldn't resist again))
