Salmon roll is not a masterpiece of cooking, but every housewife should always be on hand, because it is prepared easily and simply. I do it like this. Now they sell ordinary Armenian thin pita bread at every corner. That's what we'll need. Then we make a sauce from cream, preferably very fatty, I sometimes add mayonnaise and melted cheese. Buy only one that is easily smeared. For example, "Friendship" is perfect here. Also add green onions and coriander, which was previously rubbed in a mortar.Spread all this evenly over the pita bread. Cut the salted salmon into small pieces and put it on top. We twist it neatly into a roll, put it in cellophane or foil and in the refrigerator, so that it gets soaked. Usually three hours is enough. Now you can serve it on the table as a cold snack. Cut one to one and a half centimeters thick and place on a large, beautiful plate. On the sides you can decorate with lemon and olives, on top with herbs. It looks appetizing, tastes amazing and unusual.
