Morels with potatoes

Delicious and hearty dinner of the first spring mushrooms and potatoes - cook! Morels are mushrooms with a special aroma and unique taste. To be honest, I think they are the most delicious and I really regret that morels do not grow in the forest all year round. I cook different dishes with them, store them for the future. My family really likes fried potatoes with morels, the recipe of which I decided to share with you.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 25 min

1. Wash the morels thoroughly and cut in half. If they are quite large, then you can cut them into four parts or even smaller.
2. Boil the morels for 10 minutes, drain the water. Repeat the process two more times. Squeeze the mushrooms from moisture.
3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
4. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil well over medium heat.
5. Put the potatoes in a frying pan, fry until lightly golden, stirring from time to time.
6. Add a little salt and pepper, mix.
7. Put the morels. Fry them together with potatoes, stirring, 5-7 minutes.
8. Add salt and pepper to the dish, after which it can be served to the table.
