Cooking method

1. Prepare the quails: wash the carcasses, dry them, cut off the wings and legs in the places of bends. Put the quails in a deep bowl.
2. Sprinkle the carcasses on top of curry, ground black pepper, smoked salt.
3. Peel the garlic, chop it finely and add it to the bird carcasses in a bowl. Put honey in the same place.
4. Drizzle with olive oil.
5. Now you need to mix the contents of the bowl with your hands, rubbing the oil, honey and spices well into the carcass.
6. Put the quails on a spit, set the spit over the coals and fry until tender.
7. Remove the quails from the spit and you can serve them to the table until they have cooled down.
