I present to your attention a culinary recipe for a simple and hearty meal – salad with cheese and tomatoes. Prepare this salad easily and quickly. This salad is suitable for everyone who adheres to a vegetarian diet and those who count calories.
First, we will make a cross-shaped incision on the top of each, and then scald the tomatoes with boiling water and immediately place them under cold water. Now peel them off. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Next, cut the cheese into thin slices and put them on a plate, alternating each piece of cheese with a slice of tomato.
Now we will cut fresh basil and sprinkle it on our salad. Sprinkle the salad with vinegar and olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Olive oil of the first cold pressing is best suited. It is more fragrant, and besides, this oil is much more useful.
And in the end, decorate the salad with a sprig of fresh basil. Now you can serve the salad on the table.
