Wash the apples, peel and seeds. Cut into medium slices. To prevent apples from darkening, they can be sprinkled with lemon juice and lowered into water with the addition of a small amount of lemon juice or white wine vinegar, i.e. acid. This technique affects only aesthetics, but not taste
Drain the water from the apples.
Sprinkle apples with sugar.
Melt the butter in a frying pan.
Lay out the apples, add cinnamon.
Bring the apples to softness for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Put the apples in a separate bowl so that they cool down to room temperature.
Then put a little yogurt in a glass or in a beautiful wine glass, sprinkle with muesli, put some caramelized apples. Repeat the step again.
After a couple of minutes, the muesli will become soft and the parfait with apples can be served at the table.
