Cooking method

Cooking time: 50 min

If you put lard, veal and finely chopped fried onion through a meat grinder, then I just have to season the minced meat with pepper and salt, and also pour in a little water and mix everything. So the stuffing is ready for a wonderful chopped veal steak, the culinary recipe of which was introduced to me by a cook friend, whose parties are always a feast of taste. Then I form round rather large steaks from minced meat, and warm up the melted pork fat in a frying pan. I put the steaks in a frying pan and fry them on moderate heat until they are ready. I rub the hard cheese with a fine grater and melt it in the microwave. I put the food on a metal tray and pour the liquid formed during frying, as well as the cheese melted in the microwave. I always try to serve chopped veal steaks with a summer salad of Yalta onions, tomatoes and cucumbers and fried potatoes. This food is good for everyone, but only when you fry them, a frenzied appetite flares up and you have to snack on sausage on the way, because it is absolutely impossible to tolerate. But this is a side effect of all the goodies and it remains only to put up with it. Wish "Bon appetit!" in this case, it is completely unnecessary, except out of politeness, everyone's appetite will be just wolfish, even if all the guests had recently dined before that.
