It is not every year that we manage to get these spring mushrooms, but when it turns out, we fry them according to this recipe - with a small amount of sour cream to give them a creamy taste. Very tasty mushrooms! Try it if you haven't tried it.

1. Pick the mushrooms, wash them well, you can even soak them for 10 minutes.
2. Then put the mushrooms in a saucepan, boil for 5-10 minutes and put them in a colander. Lightly squeeze the mushrooms from excess moisture.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the morels in it and fry until golden.
4. Add sour cream, salt and finely chopped green onions, mix, continue to fry everything together for another five minutes.

Serve the dish hot with your favorite side dish!
