Cookies need to be crumbled into fine crumbs. We divide the ice cream into identical portions. Now we need to do everything quickly. Dip the ice cream in coconut shavings. Quickly dip in egg foam and roll in crumbled cookies. Immediately put the blanks in the freezer for half an hour. Remove from the refrigerator and repeat the enveloping procedure a second time (coconut, egg, cookies).
