So, first we take the cottage cheese and close it with a lid. It should stand in this form for 3-4 days. During this time, it will be covered with mold, which will further give the dish a characteristic taste. After that, we pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder, add sour cream, salt, cumin to the mass. Then we put everything in a saucepan, where the melted butter is already located. Without ceasing to stir, heat the mass over low heat until smooth. Now add the pre-beaten egg and heat it again. The finished cheese mass is spread in a greased dish with butter and put in the cold overnight. But after the cheese is infused, it can be taken out of the refrigerator, the cheese is ready !!!
