Cooking method

Cooking time: 10 h 50 min

Flipping through an old collection of recipes, I came across meat flowers from minced pork and beef and the recipe stuck in my memory for many years and now I finally decided to write it down. I start by making a dumpling dough from flour, eggs, water and salt. After that, I cut the onion into thin rings, which I then fry in a mixture of butter and margarine. Next, I cut dense tomatoes into cubes, add them to the ruddy onion, salt and mix. And then I roll out the dough in a thin layer. I cook minced pork and beef in a meat grinder. Last of all, I spread a layer of minced meat on the dough and roll it up in the form of a roll, so that the minced meat is inside. I cut a large roll across into small rolls, 3 cm thick. Each small roll is lightly dipped in flour on both sides. I grease the baking sheet with oil and put the rolls on it, covering them with a layer of fried onions and tomatoes on top and bake for half an hour at a temperature of 200 C. I hurry to serve food to the table as soon as possible, decorating it with parsley leaves. After a few minutes, one of the guests can only wash the dishes. If you have time, you can cook meat flowers from minced pork and beef for the second time.
