How to make turkey roast with potatoes? Wash the turkey thigh, cut the meat into pieces, the size of which is completely to the taste of your family. It can be both large and small.

Put a non-stick pan on the fire and fry the meat until golden brown.

Peel and chop the onion. When the meat is browned, add the onion to the meat and fry it for a couple of minutes.

Peel and cut the carrots (you can grate them), add them to the meat and onions, fry for 5 minutes.

When everything is fried, you need to fill the meat with water so that the water covers the meat for 2 fingers. Add salt and pepper. Simmer the meat for 40 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and chop them coarsely.

When the meat is stewed, add the potatoes, add water if necessary. The amount of water needed is such that it covers the potatoes. If necessary, add salt. Cook the roast until the potatoes are ready.

Serve the roast hot, sprinkled with chopped fresh herbs.
