Pork with onions and carrots

Soft meat goulash, stewed with vegetables. Cooking delicious meat according to this recipe is very easy, although it takes two hours. But during this time, the meat becomes very soft and is well saturated with the taste of onions and carrots and spices. If you want to get a richer taste, replace one glass of water with marinade or pickle from canned vegetables. You can also add tomato juice.
