The man will be delighted! Simple, fast and original! One day I found an old Polish cooking magazine at home. But cooking recipes do not become obsolete! And I decided to cook some food as a second course, taking the recipe from there. My eye fell on the recipe for pork stewed with apples in Polish. And I was not mistaken. It turned out very tasty!

To prepare this dish, take a large piece of pork fillet, salt it well, breaded in wheat flour, heat the fat in a frying pan and fry the pork. Then we put the fillets in a saucepan together with the remaining fat, sprinkle with fragrant cumin seeds, pour the broth and simmer. While the pork is cooking, we cut the onion rings and slices - apples. Add it on top of the meat. When it is ready, take it out and prepare the sauce from the remaining liquid. To do this, pour the browned flour into it, boil and strain. When you serve, cut the pork, pour the sauce on top. As a side dish, you can cook potatoes, rice or serve pickles and sauerkraut. Bon appetit, or, as they say in Poland, savory!
