Condensed milk is best cooked from whole and the fattest milk.If your milk is not very fat, then add a small piece of butter at the very beginning of cooking. Condensed milk is cooked from both dry and goat's milk, as well as cream. Take into account the amount of sugar to your taste. According to the recipe, it will turn out like a purchased delicacy familiar to us, you can reduce or increase the amount. It will turn out delicious if you take cane sugar, then the milk will get a caramel taste. You can take powdered sugar instead of sugar, then the finished product will be more homogeneous. Just do not take the purchased one, it may contain starch. To avoid curdling milk, you can add a little soda. If you accidentally overcooked the mass and it became too thick, then pour it into molds - you will get delicious toffee. Condensed milk should be stored in a closed glass container in the refrigerator.
