Great Bechamel sauce with a new taste! A universal dish. If you want, it's gravy for mashed potatoes or pasta. If you want - filling for a pie or pancakes. If you want, use it for stuffing vegetables or cannelloni. In any case, it will be delicious. Minced meat with bechamel sauce goes well with mushrooms and tomatoes.

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 25 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Here are all the necessary ingredients for our wonderful dish. In half an hour they will turn into a hearty lunch. We put a pot of water on the stove for pasta, and a couple more pans. We will cook minced meat on one, and sauce on the second. Are you ready? Let's get started!

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

While the frying pan is heating up, peel and chop the onion with garlic. Fry them in vegetable oil. The smell of the whole apartment is mind-blowing :) By the way, you can safely put more garlic, it will give flavor, and the sharpness is not felt at all.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Add minced meat to the fried onions and garlic. I took the frozen minced meat and did not defrost it. It will defrost perfectly right in the pan. In general, if your minced meat is also frozen, then you can safely do the same as me :) This will save a lot of time.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Fry until tender. do not forget to stir occasionally. Be sure to add salt and pepper. You can add your favorite seasonings. This step will take you about 15 minutes. I have minced marbled beef, it's quite fatty, so I don't add extra butter. But if you are preparing a dish of chicken or turkey minced meat, then you can add a little butter.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

In parallel, melt the butter in the second pan.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Add flour to it and mix well. It turns out such a thick paste. Fry it for about five minutes, no more.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Now pour cream (or milk) into the paste. I do this in several stages, which I recommend to you. Pour a little cream, stir, add more, and stir again. It is important to stir so that there are no lumps left. Well, if there's a little left, don't worry - we'll fix it ;)

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Now we boil our sauce. Since pasta is already cooking on the stove nearby, our sauce will not be too thick. but if you want to use it, for example, for filling pancakes, it is better to boil more. In general, focus on your taste. And, by the way, don't forget to add salt and pepper to the sauce. You can add a little paprika.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

When the sauce is ready, mix it with minced meat. If there are lumps left in the sauce, then rub the sauce through a sieve.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

So our dish is ready, the pasta has also already been cooked and even been lightly fried. Serve, sprinkle with herbs. Welcome to the table! Bon appetit!

Do you want to diversify the dish? Fry the mushrooms separately, and then put them out with the sauce. Mix minced meat, mushrooms and Bechamel and get a new delicious dish.

Do your fastidious people not like white sauces? Especially for them, you can add a tablespoon of tomato paste or ketchup, for color :)

Do you follow a diet? You can significantly reduce the calorie content of this dish. Take low-fat minced meat, and put it out, with a little water, along with onions and garlic (you can add tomatoes). For Bechamel, use skimmed milk and 72% fat content butter.
