Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min
Last summer we went to rest in the lower reaches of the Volga as a tent settlement for a week. Naturally, our men fished there, the most diverse. What kind of food we just didn't cook from it! On the last night of our stay on vacation, several medium-sized sterlets were caught. It was decided to take them home with you and cook them there. After the scorching sun and heat, I didn't want to cook from nothing but a sterlet in the oven according to my mother's recipe. How exactly I did it, I will tell you further. So, wash the fish, gut it, peel it. Now we rub the fish with pepper, salt and spices for fish, sour cream, grated hard cheese. Now we put the sterlet in the refrigerator to marinate for 20-25 minutes. After this time, we put it on a greased frying pan and put it to bake in a preheated 250 degree oven for 30 minutes. After that, we take out the fish, put it on a dish and place the chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, pour the juice and sprinkle with chopped herbs. We serve to the table!
