Cooking method

1. Put the dates in a blender bowl, pour water (you can use a little less water), grind.

2. Almonds and apricot kernels are crushed not very finely, this can also be done in a blender or with a knife. We put it in a container for dates.

3. Sesame is washed, dried, added to the chopped dates and nuts.

4. Cut the raisins coarsely, send them to the rest of the ingredients along with sunflower seeds.

5.And now add honey and banana to the main ingredients, after kneading it with a fork. Mix, the mass should be sufficiently viscous.

6. Using a tablespoon, we spread the bars on a baking sheet lined with parchment, send them to the oven, dry them at a temperature of 90 degrees for 4 hours. The oven door should be kept slightly ajar.

We store the delicacy in a tightly closed container.
