Solyanka with lemon

Rich meat soup with incredible taste. I like solyanka, perhaps, more than all other soups. I try to cook it a lot at once to stretch the pleasure for longer. At the stage of cooking, you can add a finely chopped onion and put it out together with cucumbers, but one onion in the broth was enough for me. In general, the roast is cooked in vegetable oil, but I replaced it with brine, since the hodgepodge turns out to be too fat and I didn't want to increase the calorie content.
