Pasties with potatoes

Such pasties can be made with a variety of fillings. Since childhood I have loved such pasties. Instead of cheese, you can fry an onion and mix it with mashed potatoes. But since my family doesn't really like onions, I made this option. It turns out very juicy and delicious.

    Peel potatoes, cut into cubes. Grate the cheese. Finely chop the greens.

    Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.

    Mash the finished potatoes in mashed potatoes, pour in hot milk, mix.

    Divide the dough into 8-10 equal parts. Roll out each part into a thin circle.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pasties in it for 1-2 minutes on each side until a golden crust forms.
