To knead the dough, you need to mix all the dry ingredients – flour, salt, sugar, dry yeast, baking powder. In the middle of the mixture – break 3 eggs (Separate one protein from the egg and set aside), and sour cream and vegetable oil. And gradually kneading the dough, add milk (the dough should turn out soft). The dough should come up 2 times.
To prepare the filling, melt the butter in a preheated frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion. Add onion and pepper. Add diced pumpkin to the pan and fry. At the end of frying, add sugar. So that the filling is not liquid.
Cool the filling and form pies from the dough and filling. Grease the finished pies with whipped protein before the oven. Bake the shoulder at a temperature of 180 degrees until ready.
