Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Ingredients (I put more sugar because almost everyone in my family has a sweet tooth).

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

In a saucepan, mix sugar, flour, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. Note that flour and cocoa are measured with spoons with a slide. You can take more flour if you want to get a thicker paste, but I advise you to experiment carefully, increasing the amount of flour gradually, adding in small quantities. You can prepare a small trial portion, and next time adjust the thickness of the paste, i.e. the amount of flour to your taste.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Pour milk in small portions, stirring constantly. Put the mixture on the fire and, stirring, bring to a boil.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Chop the hazelnuts as small as possible.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

As soon as the mixture boils, add the butter and chopped nuts.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Mix thoroughly, bring back to a boil and cook for another 2-3 minutes, the mass should thicken well. The cooking time is indicated approximately, it may take a little more or less - focus on the consistency of the mass.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Pour into a suitable container and let cool. We serve Nutella with morning toast or pancakes. Enjoy your meal!

This paste can be used not only as an addition to toast, but it can also be used to layer cakes in cakes, serve with pancakes or pancakes, in general there are many options.
