  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make funchosa with vegetables? Prepare all the specified products. You can use any meat: pork, chicken or beef. This time we will prepare a salad with beef. Choose a pulp without streaks and films. Take a set of vegetables according to your taste preferences. For the brightness of the salad, I used Bulgarian peppers of different colors.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Rinse the beef and dry it with napkins. Cut the pulp into thin small strips. If there are streaks, then remove them. Pour soy sauce over the meat and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes at room temperature.

    Step 3.

At this time, take care of the vegetables. Peel the onion, carrot and garlic. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the core with the seeds. Wash and dry all the vegetables. If the cucumber has a bitter peel, then it is better to cut it off.

    Step 5.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan. Send the beef to fry. Stirring, cook until the liquid evaporates, then reduce the flame and leave in the pan until cooked. Do not forget to mix periodically so that nothing burns. If necessary, use the lid for the frying pan. Remove the finished meat to a separate plate.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Put the onion and garlic in the same pan. If necessary, pour in a small amount of oil. Fry on high heat for a few seconds.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Add carrots. Without ceasing to stir, fry until the desired degree of readiness.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a separate frying pan. Fry the bell pepper from a few seconds to 1-2 minutes.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Boil the glass noodles according to the instructions on the package (usually no more than 5 minutes). Put the funchosa in a colander and wait for it to cool down.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Put the noodles in a deep bowl. Add beef and fried onions and carrots to the same place.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Then add the bell pepper and cucumber.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Mix everything thoroughly and taste for salt. Add salt to taste.

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds and garnish with fresh herbs. Green onions and parsley are ideal for funchosa with vegetables and meat.

If you like spicy dishes, then include hot capsicum in the ingredients. Fry it together with Bulgarian pepper, step number 8. Adjust the amount to your taste.

Bon appetit!

The skin, if it is not rough, not damaged and not bitter, does not need to be cut.

Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it. How to determine the roasting temperature and choose the best oil for frying, and which is better not to use at all, read here .

To check whether the oil has warmed up well enough in the pan, you can do it in a simple way. Lower a wooden spatula into it. If bubbles have gathered around it, then you can start the frying process.
