1. Gut the fish, remove the head, fins and tail. Rub the fish with salt, pour a little lemon juice and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Place the wood chips in the aerogrill and install the grate.
3. Lubricate the marinated fish with a brush with liquid smoke and put it on the grill.
4. Turn on the low blowout, the temperature is 180 degrees and the time is 25 minutes. Then you need to brush the fish with oil, for shine, and return to the aerogrill for another 5 minutes.
