I've always loved Belgian waffles, this is my weakness. But they are so delicious, so high in calories. I found a way out. A very cool and correct recipe for healthy waffles. Catch and you. To prepare such waffles, first of all it is necessary to mix all the ingredients for the dough. Just four ingredients and 20 minutes of time.
We prepare all the ingredients listed above.
Step 1.
Grind the oatmeal with a blender, thereby turning it into flour. I used a regular hand blender.
Step 2.
We take two whole eggs and from the other two we will need only protein. Mix it with our oat flour.
Step 3
Pour 150 ml of kefir of 1% fat content into the blender bowl with oat flour and eggs. Whisk.
Step 4.
add 1 scoop of protein. If there is no protein, it does not matter, you can not add it. My taste is coconut. It turned out very tasty. If banana / chocolate and so on, it will also be very tasty. If desired, you can add bananas to the dough to taste. But pay attention to calories.
We interrupt everything well together in a blender.
