Cooking method

Cooking time: 10 h 50 min

It is important to remember that before you start cooking a delicious cold treat, the bowl of the ice cream maker should be kept in the freezer for eight hours. It is convenient to remove it in the evening for the night or vice versa - early in the morning, and prepare ice cream in the afternoon / early evening. However, it is not necessary to keep the bowl in the freezer for exactly eight hours - this is the minimum time.

Let's start cooking. Peel the bananas and put them in a blender bowl, breaking them into several parts. Next, wash the lemons, cut them into halves, then squeeze the juice out of each. You can do this with a special device or just with your hands (in this case, it is better to cut into quarters). Pour the juice over the bananas.

Using a blender, turn bananas into mashed potatoes, then pour vanilla extract into the fruit mass. Pour sugar, pour in milk and heavy cream (at least 30% fat content). Whisk with an immersion blender once again all together.

We remove the bowl from the freezer, pour the resulting creamy-milk-banana mass into it. We install the bowl in the ice cream maker and turn it on for forty minutes. When time passes, the mass will noticeably become thicker, denser. Pour it into molds. You can use anything - and special silicone or plastic ice cream molds, and just plastic or paper cups. Or make it easier: freeze everything in one form, and then serve ice cream balls.

We put the ice cream in the freezer for at least two hours. After this time, the ice cream can be served to the table and enjoy!

Bon appetit! Delicious ice cream!
