    While the meat is cooking, cook the remaining ingredients. Peel the onion, cut in half and chop each half finely.

    Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it. Put the onion, pepper, carrot and garlic in a frying pan and, stirring, fry for a while.

    Rinse the red lentils in cold water several times until the water becomes clear.

    Add potatoes to the pan with the finished meat. Make the fire to the maximum.

    Then send the lentils, mix everything. After boiling, reduce the stove to medium, cover the pan with a lid and cook until the potatoes and lentils are ready. It will take about 15-20 minutes.

    After boiling, add tomatoes to the soup. Try for salt, if you need to add salt.
