1. We clean the Podberezoviki: scrape the legs, remove the fringe from large mushrooms, thoroughly wash them from forest debris, cut them into pieces.

2. We put the prepared mushrooms in boiling water, let them boil again and immediately throw them into a colander, let the liquid drain.

3. Fill clean jars with mushrooms, sprinkling them with salt.

4. Pour water into a saucepan, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil, then add pepper and bay leaf.

5. Fill the jars with mushrooms with boiling brine, put them in a cool place for a month.

After the specified time, mushrooms can be eaten.
