A very original salmon carpaccio offers this culinary recipe. Carpaccio is a dish of Italian cuisine related to snacks. As a rule, cold. Recently, an increasing number of Russian housewives have been decorating festive tables with such snacks. Why? Because it's delicious and healthy food.
We put the selected salmon fillet in the freezer for an hour so that it hardens properly there. Squeeze out the juice from half a lemon and half an orange, mix them together. Next, we cut the frozen fish fillet with a sharp knife into very, very thin plates. We spread them beautifully on a plate (preferably white, because salmon looks most appetizing on a white background). Pour the salmon fillet with citrus juice, olive oil on top. Salt to taste, pepper. The plate is completely covered with cling film and sent to the refrigerator for half an hour, where the fish is thoroughly marinated. After we take it out, we remove the film, decorate the salmon with a sprig of dill and carry it to the table – our food is ready.
