1. Breaking eggs. We separate the whites and yolks into different containers.

2. Add sugar to the yolks, rub the ingredients with a hand whisk.

3. Whisk the proteins with a pinch of salt until a white fluffy mass is formed.

4. And now carefully pour homemade cream into the whites. Beat at medium speed until the mass becomes dense.

5. In the resulting mass, we introduce the yolks in parts, gently whisk.

6. Pour coffee into a bowl, pour warm boiled water. Mix it up.

7. Cookies are dipped piece by piece into the prepared solution, placed in a form with high sides.

8. Pour part of the cream on the cookie layer, level it with an even layer.

9. We spread the second layer of cookies, also dipping it in coffee. Spread the remaining cream on the surface.

10. Generously sprinkle the dessert with cocoa powder. We send the form to the refrigerator for three hours.
