First pass the walnuts through a meat grinder. You can also grind them in a blender.

Then mix together cocoa with sugar and flour. A homogeneous mixture should come out. After pouring milk into this mixture, add sour cream. Mix everything well.

Put the mass on the fire and keep it on very low heat (stirring all the time) for fifteen minutes.

As soon as the chocolate paste thickens, immediately add the walnuts, mix again and set to cool.

Serve the chocolate paste cold.
