Unusual taste of enoki mushrooms. Fast and delicious! Enoki is very often used in Asian cuisine. There are many options for making such rolls, I adapted the recipe to suit my taste. Try it and surprise your guests and family. Bon appetit!

    Prepare all the products. This recipe can be prepared with any meat - pork, beef, lamb. I cooked with all kinds of meat. Pork tastes best to me. Take raw bacon and more meat!))) It's better to take dessert wine. I had only mulled wine at that time. If you don't have dessert, then take the usual red and add sugar or maple syrup to it.

    Mix all the liquid ingredients. Grate the garlic on a fine grater and add to the marinade. If you do not have dessert wine, but wine with sugar, make sure that the sugar completely dissolves in the wine! Immerse the bacon in the marinade and mix well. If you have meat in a piece, then cut it into plates 5 mm thick. I buy immediately sliced. It's more convenient and more beautiful this way. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

    Cut off the root part. Disassemble the enoki into inflorescences. Place them in a bowl of salted water. For 10 minutes. This is done in order to make the enoki even more crispy. After the specified time, put the meat in a colander and let the water drain well.

    Now let's start assembling the rolls. We put a plate of meat on the board and put a couple of sprigs of mushrooms as shown in the photo. Wrap the roll slightly diagonally so that only the tops of the mushrooms are visible. Make the rest of the rolls.

    Fry the rolls on all sides on a hot frying pan without oil.

If you see such mushrooms in the store, then do not pass by! Try to cook them according to this recipe and you will start buying them regularly.
Enoki do not have a pronounced taste and aroma, but they are cooked VERY funny crunch!))) A wine-based marinade gives a very original and delicious taste to meat.
Fry the rolls over medium heat, but do not cover them with a lid so that they are fried, and not stewed. It's better to turn them over more often.
If you like spicy, then add finely chopped chili pepper to the marinade and marinate the meat for 10 minutes longer.
Serve them to the table cut in portions or together with table knives, because the mushrooms are a little fibrous.
