Many people throw away this part of the garlic stalk, not realizing that garlic greens can be used to make a delicious snack for the winter – pickled arrow. Such a billet in winter with its sharp piquant taste will perfectly complement the hot or will be suitable as a snack for strong alcoholic beverages.
