Or you can buy cream from the owner of the goat right away, as we often do. From a small amount of milk, the output of butter will also be very small. And it is also desirable that the milk is very fat - then you can remove more cream. Goat's milk butter is a very valuable product, rich in useful substances and easily absorbed by the body. It is especially useful for children and people with poor health, but, of course, it is suitable for everyone who strives for high-quality and healthy nutrition.

Goat's milk cream does not rise as fast as cow's milk, so the milk must be kept in the refrigerator for 4 days. Do not be afraid that it will turn sour - fresh goat's milk does not sour for a long time.

Carefully remove the cream from the surface of the milk, pouring them into a two-liter jar. Of course, cream will not turn out very much, but even from such an amount you can cook 100-150 g of delicious and healthy butter.

Close the cream jar with a tight lid and leave it to stand at room temperature for about 6 hours. This is necessary in order to make the process of whipping the butter faster and easier.

Whisk the cream by shaking the jar vigorously. The whole process will take about 15 minutes. A lump of oil forms - put it with a spoon in a prepared container and put it in the refrigerator. It is already completely ready for use.

The skimmed milk left after beating the butter can be used for culinary purposes. For example, by putting it to sour in a warm place - in this case you will get low-fat yogurt. On its basis, you can cook pastries or just drink it - very tasty!
