    How to make a lemon salad? Prepare all the products listed in the recipe. To prepare a salad, it is better to take young cabbage. It has crispy, tender and juicy leaves.

    Remove the external spoiled leaves from the cabbage. Rinse the head under running water and dry it with paper napkins to get rid of moisture residues. Chop the cabbage into thin strips. Send it to a deep salad bowl, suitable in size.

    Peel, rinse and dry the carrots. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater or on a vegetable cutter for Korean salads. Add to the cabbage.

    Wash the cucumber. If necessary, cut off the peel. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and send it to the salad bowl.

    Chop the young green onion finely. This time I used half a red salad onion.

    Prepare the lemon dressing. Squeeze the juice of one small lemon into a deep bowl. Add olive oil, mustard, honey and spices to taste. Dry Provencal herbs, basil and sweet paprika will perfectly complement the dressing. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. If desired, you can add garlic passed through a press to the lemon dressing.
