The last layer will be eggs. Grate them on a grater and put them in a ring, tamping them down a little. If desired, the top of the salad can be sprinkled with herbs. Remove the serving ring and cool the salad a little in the refrigerator. Before serving, the salad can be decorated to your liking. Bon appetit!

Mayonnaise is better to cook yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See the interesting ones here recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.

Buy fresh medium-sized mushrooms, snow-white color without spots, damage, rot smell. They should not be slippery to the touch. Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms from the ground under a stream of warm or cold water. Cut out the damaged places, if there are any. Miniature mushrooms up to 2 cm in size do not need to be cleaned at all, it is enough to rinse them well. Larger champignons are recommended to be cleaned from films.

The skin, if it is not rough, not damaged and not bitter, does not need to be cut off.
