Beef with buckwheat in a slow cooker

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 40 min

1. We pour buckwheat into a bowl, fill it with water, drain all the rubbish that has surfaced, wash it again.

2. My beef, cut into small cubes, put it in the bowl of a slow cooker, select the "Frying" program and fry for 15 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, peel the onion and carrot, wash, cut into cubes, spread to the beef, continue to fry.

4. Peel the garlic, chop it with a knife, put it in a bowl of a slow cooker together with tomato paste, salt, pepper to taste, season with paprika, fry for another 5 minutes.

5. We spread the previously washed buckwheat groats and pour water, change the program to "Groats" and set the cooking time to 35 minutes.

Serve hot on the table, sprinkled with chopped dill.
