  1. Step 1:

    Step 2.

Eggs must be boiled. To do this, fill them with water, put them on fire and bring to a boil. Boil them in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Peel the finished eggs from the shell and separate the yolks from the whites.

    Step 7.

Roll the cheese into a roll.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Grate the remaining egg yolk on a fine grater. Dip the rolls on both sides a little in mayonnaise, and then in the grated yolk. Put the finished rolls on a platter and serve to the table!

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

For decoration, you can sprinkle the rolls with paprika and dill a little. Have a nice treat!

In such rolls, the filling can be replaced to your liking. For filling, you can use fish, mushrooms, vegetables or meat. And ground nuts are suitable for crumbling.

Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.

It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
