Cooking method

1. To begin with, prepare the dough for tartlets:

- sift the flour,

- cut the butter into pieces and add to the flour,

- quickly grind flour and butter into crumbs,

- add cold water, mix (if the dough is too dry, you can add another tablespoon of water),

- wrap the dough in a film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

2. Now you can prepare the filling:

- heat the milk in a saucepan,

- whisk the yolks together with sugar, then add flour and whisk again,

- now pour heated milk into this mixture, add vanilla extract, mix,

- return the resulting mixture to the saucepan, cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until thickening,

- wait for the cream to cool down, and at this time cut the fruit into pieces.

3. Cooking tartlets:

- preheat the oven to 180 degrees,

- we lay out the dough on cupcake molds, level it, cover it with baking paper and put a load in the center (for example, jars of suitable size filled with beans),

- bake everything this way for 12 minutes,

- remove the paper and jars, bake for another 12 minutes (until golden),

- remove the tartlets from the mold and cool on the grill.

4. We proceed to the final stage:

- fill the tartlets with cream, level it,

- stick pieces of fruit into the cream.
