Cabbage salad with garlic

Quick spicy salad of white cabbage. Cabbage salad with garlic is a dish from the category of nowhere easier, but you can enrich and decorate it with vegetables according to the season (fresh cucumbers, sweet pepper), add grated carrots, a little green canned peas. The salad can be put in the refrigerator and allowed to infuse for a couple of hours or immediately served to the table.

Finely chop the white cabbage, put it in a bowl, add garlic, peeled and crushed into a pulp, ground with salt.
Season the salad with vegetable oil (preferably olive oil), lemon juice (can be replaced with vinegar).
Mix the cabbage salad with garlic and serve it to the table, garnished with fresh herbs.
You can season the salad with ground black pepper.
