Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 3 hours
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

    1. We prepare the products: milk, sugar, berries, banana, peel and slice, I also use raspberry-flavored jelly.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

    2. I add a couple of plates of gelatin to the hot milk and stir it well. I also add and dissolve sugar.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

    3. I add banana slices to the slightly cooled milk, you can add raspberries. But I first dilute a package of raspberry jelly in a glass of hot water and, after cooling, pour it into the milk. Jelly cannot be added to hot milk, otherwise the milk will curdle. I beat everything thoroughly with a blender.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

    4. We lay out the berries on the cremans and pour the resulting banana-milk mixture.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

    5. If you add raspberries to milk or, in my case, raspberry jelly and whisk, then the taste turns out to be more saturated with pronounced sourness. Also, the color turns out to be more pink.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

    6. Jelly freezes in 1.5-2 hours. If desired, the jelly can be decorated with grated chocolate on top. Serve with tea or coffee.

Milk jelly will appeal to both adults and children. Cooking it is quite simple, the main thing is to wait until it freezes.

Milk, banana and raspberry create a unique taste. I don't use a lot of sugar during cooking, because I like a light sourness.

It is better to use fresh berries, but frozen ones are also suitable. I, along with the usual gelatin, also use a bag of raspberry jelly, which I dilute in a glass of hot water. You can make multi-layered jelly, but it will take extra time. I like to mix everything and enjoy the taste.

But you need to pour the dissolved jelly chilled into the cooled milk and additionally beat everything with a blender. I like how the blender saturates the milk mixture with air and forms a foam.

If desired, you can decorate the frozen jelly with berries, mint leaf, but I prefer grated chocolate, it goes well with raspberry flavor.

This dessert tastes very thick, tender, delicious and resembles pudding. You can serve it both on a festive table and to please yourself after a regular dinner. It will create a festive mood among the gray everyday life!
