Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 15 min

To prepare these delicious and beautiful trifles, we will need a biscuit. You can bake it in advance or buy ready-made cakes in the store. You can use special ready-made mixes for quick baking of a biscuit. When the biscuit is ready and all the other ingredients are prepared, we begin to create trifles...

1. Spread the baking parchment on a large flat baking sheet. In a medium-sized saucepan, pour powdered sugar and put it on medium heat. Keep the pan on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring its contents with a wooden spatula or spoon. Meanwhile, the powdered sugar should melt and begin to caramelize. When the specified time has passed, remove the pan from the heat. Add salted peanuts to the caramel, then pour the mixture onto a baking sheet covered with parchment. We leave the caramel for half an hour, during which it should harden. After this has happened, we break the peanuts in caramel into large plates, a quarter of which we put aside to decorate the finished trifles. The remaining three quarters are finely cut.

2. In the bowl of the mixer we put cream and chocolate liqueur (60 ml, you can not use it). Whisk everything together until soft peaks.

3. We cut the Snickers bars thinly to your taste. Half along the entire length, half across.

4. Cut the biscuit into layers or just into small pieces. At the bottom of the containers selected for serving, we place a biscuit, impregnate it with liqueur (if used), then there is a layer of peanut butter, then a layer of whipped cream, on which we pour salty caramel topping, then we spread small pieces of caramel with peanuts and pieces of "Snickers", which are small. We leave long pieces to decorate ready-made trifles. We continue to alternate layers until we completely fill the containers. The last layer is whipped cream.

5. We decorate the finished trifles with long pieces of "Snickers", left for later with plates of caramel with peanuts, pour everything on top with caramel topping.

Trifles can be served immediately or put in the refrigerator, covered with a lid, but not for more than a day.

Everything is ready!
